Our Mission is to create opportunities for children to become future leaders through quality early education.
We accomplish this by providing a unique and affordable child development program designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and educational needs of the individual child, as we strengthen and preserve the family and all who influence the life of the child.
Educational Enrichment System, Inc. (EES) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) child development agency that has been serving our youngest learners throughout San Diego County since 1979. We assist low-income, working families to become more self-sufficient by providing a quality early education experience to over 1,300 students at our 19 preschool locations in Chula Vista, Linda Vista, National City, San Diego, and Vista. EES programs offer a wide range of constructive experiences for children, a competent and caring staff, and access to a variety of support services for parents. Parent participation plays a large role in our programs as we recognize that the family has the most influence on a child’s growth and ability to learn. Funding is provided by the California Department of Education, California Department of Social Services, USDA Childcare Food Program, community grants, parent tuition, private foundations, and individual donations. EES is proud of its history of developing new child development spaces with public and private partners for 43 years.
Our programs are free or reduced cost for families that qualify.
