Our organization is located in Boyle Heights and provides a comprehensive array of adolescent and family-based services to low income residents of the City of Los Angeles. Our services include but are not limited to: case management, youth leadership, academic assistance and college preparedness, Free Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, financial education, counseling and coaching service, substance abuse/dual diagnosis treatment, domestic violence counseling, mental health services, emergency assistance, and citizenship assistance, public assistance information and referral assistance. ECDA’s mission is to promote social, emotional, academic and economic self-sufficiency through a continuum of human services.
