Our mission is “Those 55 and better and their caregivers have the opportunity to thrive and lead rewarding lives.” We are a local 501c3 nonprofit. We serve primarily three counties in Southeast Minnesota; Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona. However, our educational offerings and support groups are open to anyone that would like to attend. Elder Network has grown and now offers 10 non-medical programs and services that support seniors and their caregivers. We are a well- respected organization providing non-medical elder care which isn’t provided by other organizations doing similar services. We are proud that we network with other organizations so that we are able to support seniors and their caregivers whether we do the service or we refer them to an organization that provides the services they require. Our outreach extends to all regardless of elder traditions, cultures or religions. These programs include Senior Advocacy, Education & Support groups, PEARLS-depression counseling, Respite Companion Services, Volunteer Respite Care In-Home, , Friendly Visitor, Technology Assistance Program, and Transportation both for medical and non-medical appointments.
