Elevate is a nonprofit organization serving Santa Clara and surrounding counties. We provide financial literacy education and legal services in areas of domestic violence and family law, landlord/tenant disputes, criminal record clearance, and legal services for small businesses. Most of our clients make below 250% of the federal poverty line, and as a result, cannot afford private legal representation.
