Elevate Lebanon is empowering its neighbors to reach their full potential. We strive for every individual to know hope, dignity, and purpose. We are addressing the root causes of generational poverty in order to create lasting change. We collaborate with other agencies and organizations to provide resources, relationships and a network of support to our neighbors in need.
We serve all ages and all demographics from the working class to the homeless that have little to no income. We meet people where they are at to eliminate any barriers to service and expedite available assistance. Housing assistance helps with move in costs and utility assistance for those needing permanent housing, as well as rental assistance for rental arrears to provide eviction prevention. We have a workforce development program for adults that struggle to find work or sustain employment in order to better themselves in the long run. Case management is the most common service we provide that covers any insecurities a person or household may be experiencing. This can include but is not limited to internet access for online education and job searches, budgeting classes, outreach events, vision screenings, on the job training, etc.
