We are the Elgin Bears Youth Football and Cheer team. Our program is a strictly non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that relies solely on the registration fees for each child signing-up to be a part of our league. Also, different supportive sponsors help in aiding the cost of being a part of our league. The Elgin Bears Youth Football and Cheer has been around for many years, and we strive to make sure every child gets the chance to be a part of something great, with skills and opportunities they can take along with them for the rest of their lives. We serve about 200-250 players a year. We are based out of Elgin and we accept kids from surrounding areas as well. The funds we receive yearly will help pay for uniforms, banquets, trophies and field fees and expenses that provide us the opportunity to have an Elgin Bears football and cheer team.
