Located in the beautiful piney woods of East Texas, Elijah's Retreat strives to create a peacefu setting for families to disconnect from schedules and simply see the world through their child's eyes as they explore nature and animals with new excitement. We provide comfortabe cabins and numerous indoor and outdoor / opportunities for families to create lasting memories. We currently have 3 /2 BR cabins compete with full kitchen and washer and dryer. We are in the process of building our 4th cabin for the families to stay in for 2 nights etc.
Outdoor family activities - families can go on a barrel train ride, fish in the pond, roast marshmallows at a bonfire, go on a hayride and hike along 5 miles of forested trails and enjoy being outside in nature.
Play area - One- acre fenced in playground with swings, slides, rope climbing, sandboxes, playhouse and plenty of room to run. 2nd play ground should be complete by Spring 2022
Activity Barn- Everyone can enjoy the community room for games and movies. Also included are basketball goal, ping pong table, foosball table and a separate sensory room.
Ranch Hand Adventure - Ranch hands can help feed and brush the ponies and Nigerian Dwarf goats. Pony rides are also available. Other animals include chickens, ducks, cats
