Elite Softball Organization, formed in 2013, is a not-for-profit entity organized under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Teams under the Elite Softball Organization are known as "New Jersey Elite". As of August 2022, there are over 60 players within the organization, ranging in age from 9 years old to 23 years old.
NJ Elite’s mission is to teach competitive fastpitch softball fundamentals and compete in tournaments at a high level with the goal of preparing our athletes for high school varsity level play and beyond. We are based in Northern New Jersey; however, players from all communities are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
Elite Softball Organization will be successful in fulfilling its mission by:
• Providing an environment to learn the game of Fastpitch that is safe, rewarding, and positive. An environment where girls are encouraged to challenge both their physical and mental acuity, and become better than they ever imagined.
• Playing at the highest level, against the best competition, winning, and most of all, having fun.
• Providing trained coaching staffs that aspire to provide their team members with the tools and training to develop outstanding softball skills and an appreciation of sportsmanship – win or lose.
• Providing the girls with a clearly defined path to play at varsity level and beyond, taking into consideration both softball and academics.
• Instill an understanding that fastpitch is only a game and is the forum we use to help our athletes mature into responsible adults.
• Being thankful for the opportunities we are given by participating and sponsoring community charity events as defined later.
This Mission requires hard work, discipline and dedication. We accept these terms and look forward to the results it will bring our players. The core values of Elite players are as follows:

New Jersey Elite recognizes the importance of academics. As such, it subscribes to the mission of the National Consortium of Academics and Sports to: “create a better society by focusing on educational attainment and using the power and appeal of sports to positively affect social change.”
Aside from teaching athletes about the sport of softball, Elite instills an understanding that softball is only a game and is the forum we use to help our athletes mature into responsible adults. One of the main goals of Elite is to educate athletes that playing the game of softball is a privilege and it is therefore important for them to give back to the community. Each New Jersey Elite player participates in team sponsored events that will contribute to the local community. Events include but are not limited to: coordinating toy drives for children's hospitals, planning and coordinating a Thanksgiving food drive or volunteering at area community soup kitchens. We will always encourage our players to perform "Random Acts of Kindness" throughout the year.
