The Ellerhorst Elementary School Dads Club, a non-profit organization, is planning a Spring
Carnival, silent auction and BBQ fundraiser and we would like to
request your support. Our spring fundraiser is our largest fundraising event of the year and
usually brings in over 200 attendees from the local community.

The Dads Club is a small group of dads, step-dads, grandfathers, brothers, and caregivers that
volunteer their time to support Ellerhorst Elementary in many ways. We maintain the
landscape by doing yard clean ups, pulling weeds, planting trees, painting benches, maintaining
technology equipment, and many other jobs around the campus. We run many functions and
activities for the children to create a sense of community in our school (monthly movie nights,
Ice cream socials, Halloween Haunted Hallway to name just a few). In addition to providing all
of these fun events, we also raise money throughout the school year, all of which goes back to
the school to purchase anything that is needed.

We cannot accomplish all of these things without the support of our local community and
businesses across the state and nation. We would be grateful for anything you can donate to
our cause either in the form of a cash donation, or an item we could auction off at our event. I
am sure that many of our Ellerhorst families frequent and support your business. As a thank
you for your donation we will acknowledge you and your business at our event.
