The Ellinger Chamber of Commerce )ECC) shall exist for the purpose of advancing the commerical, industrial and civic intrests of Ellinger, Texas and shall be ran by a volunteer entity. All monies and fundraising will go towards the upkeep of all property owened by the ECC. Certain funds may be setup and designated towards scholarships and other donations towards the youth of the community. The ECC shall take no part in, or lend its support to the election of appointment of any candidate for public office.
