Charity Classic events have been hosted at ClubCorp Clubs across the nation since 2007. The annual fundraisers have raised over $30 million for important causes and made an incredible impact in the communities we serve. Each Club is required to host an annual Charity Classic fundraiser. Events are open to the public and can be hosted at a time that provides the best opportunity to maximize attendance and raise funds. SVP approval is required for any Club requesting not to host a Charity Classic event. The most successful Charity Classics efforts include lots of FUN in the FUNdraising such as social events, golf, tennis, musical entertainment, themed dinners, fun runs and more. Raffles are prohibited. Net proceeds (all event proceeds less 6% accounting fee, reimbursable Club expenses, taxes, other fees) will be allocated evenly between the Club’s local charity of choice and the Employee Care Foundation (E.C.F.).
