Employment Training Academy Inc. is a non-profit organization commitd to providing adult with developmental disabilities. We work together to train and obtain employment for these indeviduals that have show interest in obtaining employment. All our Clientele are adults living with disabilities that seek employement in the community and work their way towards specific employment goals through regular training with the help of on-sitejob coaching at our enclavesand or an off site contract. Our goal here at ETA is to find appropriate employment for every individual that has the desire, motivation, and skill to maintain a steady job. We have committed ourselves to providing these services with integrity, sensitivity, and constant support.
