Mission: To lead the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.
The Walk provides the Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas with the opportunity to provide important programs and assistance to nearly 160,000 individuals living with epilepsy in the 79 counties we service. Your participation is truly appreciated and will demonstrate your commitment to seizure control and wellness in our community. This November, we expect over 500 Walk participants, many of whom live daily with the challenges of epilepsy. The Walk brings together the epilepsy community. It is genuinely heartwarming to watch the emotional camaraderie as families gather together to support each other.
The Walk to END Epilepsy is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds support the vital programs and services provided to people with epilepsy by the Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas. Your generous support will allow the Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas to provide a free summer camp for children, medical clinics, emergency medications, support groups, and epilepsy education and awareness programs for the community. Your support is crucial to our success.
