Esperanza Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Clinic with five clinic locations across Chicago’s southwest side. Our team provides bilingual, high quality primary care, behavioral health care, and wellness services to community members regardless of their immigration status, insurance status, or ability to pay. Our mission is to deliver health care and hope to Chicago’s underserved communities, and our three central values are quality, caring, and family. We serve around 45k patients each year, and are national overacheivers in quality metrics compared to our organizational peers, because we believe that underserved communities don't just deserve care, they deserve the highest quality care possible.
