Mission:
EveryChild leads community efforts to eliminate child abuse and neglect by strengthening child and families through prevention, education, and treatment.
Services Provided:
EveryChild is the Quad Cities’ only child abuse prevention agency dedicated to keeping children safe and building strong families with an emphasis on children aged 0-5 years old. EveryChild is a bi-state agency providing effective, holistic services by approaching child abuse prevention using a public health model that includes:
Universal Prevention, through which the entire community is provided with education and support necessary to building nurturing families
Secondary Prevention, through which families are engaged with targeted, specialized support to keep children thriving
Tertiary Prevention, through which children and families are provided with resources essential to healing from trauma, while teaming up with skilled professionals to prevent future abuse and neglect.
