The Exeter-West Greenwich Parent Teacher Association (EWG PTA) is very excited to begin a new school year and help the students within our community! The Exeter-West Greenwich Parent Teacher Association (EWG PTA) is a group of parents, grandparents, teachers and administrators who are inspired to enhance the elementary school experience in the Exeter-West Greenwich School District for the benefit of our children. We work year-round to promote activities that benefit students at Lineham, Wawaloam and Metcalf Elementary Schools.
The PTA provides the following:
· Money to support field trips and/or curriculum enrichment programs
· In-school science programs
· Free book giveaways
· Playground equipment-balls, jump ropes, chalk, hula-hoops and more!
· Back-to-school entertainment
· Funding for new teachers and teacher requests
· Sponsor family events, such as, Scholastic Book Fairs, Kids Choice Bowling, Spring Dance, Holiday Bazaar and more!
We are looking for help from local community and surrounding area businesses to help support students in our local elementary schools. Acknowledging both students and staff for their dedication to the program will help ensure the success in our school and help support positive behaviors in the community. Any form of support you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Examples of donations that may be helpful would include gift certificates, product sets/baskets, or financial donations to help purchase materials needed for the program.
Any donations will be acknowledged on our website and our Facebook page, as we are deeply grateful for your support. We look forward to speaking with you and collaborating with your business to ensure the success of our students. Any donation made will be a tax-exempt donation. Please use the attached form to fill out the necessary information and keep the portion below as an unofficial receipt for your records. An official receipt can be provided upon request
