Extreme Family Outreach is a 501C3 organization that conducts Community Impact programs in at-risk communities in Harford County, Maryland. We connect children and families with much needed services and resources directly in neighborhoods of great need. Our interactive, high-energy programs are delivered through a holistic approach, which is customized to educate, develop discipline, foster creativity, prepare youth for employment, meet basic needs, and building personal relationships. Our programs include an Extreme After-School Program, Youth Leadership, Bridge of Hope, Holiday of Hope (Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas presents), home visitations, and distribution of groceries, school supplies and winter clothing accessories.
