Objectives: To promote the welfare and educational enrichment of the child in the
home, school and community; and to develop a close relationship between the home
and school, encouraging parents and teachers to cooperate in the training and
teaching of the child.
Purpose: The Association is organized exclusively for charitable, educational,
religious or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code. Ultimately, the PTO is organized exclusively to support the public
school, Fabyan Elementary School (FES), in its educational purpose under section
501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal
tax code.
