My name is Penny Rogers, and I am the founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit, Face the Facts DE and The Vincente Tambourelli Family Assistance Fund. These two nonprofits were created when I lost my son to a heroin overdose in 2017. We have taken this nonprofit and proudly have affected a tremendous number of lives.
Vincent's fund specifically takes care of the cremation for those lost to addiction related deaths, that the family is not prepared to pay.
The mission of Face the Facts is to bring together those in need of SUD and recovery resources to those providing the needed resources. Resources can be anywhere from treatment centers to clothing and housing and every single thing in between. We also host meetings. Info can be found at ftfde.org
