Facing Forward helps families and individuals in Chicago end the cycle of homelessness through connections to housing, personalized case management, and essential resources.
We serve populations experiencing or at-risk of homelessness including families, single and partnered adults, people with disabilities, new and expectant parents, Chicago Public School students, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, and many others.
Over the past 5 years, Facing Forward’s longest running program, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), has helped 98.9% of participants end the cycle of homelessness. In 2021, we served 695 children and adults through PSH and over 1,000 additional individuals through other supportive services and programs.
