Founded in 1905, Fahrney Keedy is a senior living community located in Boonsboro, Maryland. We have continually succeeded our mission of Enriching the lives of seniors. Our community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living with a memory care component, Skilled Nursing, In-home companion and medical care services PLUS we are adding an Adult Day Care Center to our campus. We will serve as a beacon for all those seeking senior care services in our area.
