The organization's purpose is to provide health care and a safe home to 42 residents, also to employee 110 staff. Fair Meadow is located in a small community of 800 people and is a very important asset to our community. The Foundation is hosting our 4th Annual Golf Tournament to raise $26,000 for an Apollo Bath Tub for our residents.
