School Grades: Elementary School
The purpose of this family and staff organization is to support and enhance Fairmount Elementary School. Specifically we strive to:
- promote and improve the care and protection of children in home, school, and community
- to unite educators and the general public in an effort to secure the highest advantages in academic, physical and social education for all children attending Fairmount
- to promote open communication and cooperation between administrators, staff, families and community
- to sponsor and promote fundraising projects for the school
- encourage student, family, and staff participation at school functions
- to provide an open and welcoming atmosphere for family support
The Fairmount PTO meetings are open to all parents and guardians of Fairmount students as well as Fairmount staff. There are no membership fees as we want EVERYONE to participate.
