I am writing on behalf of the Faith Lutheran Academy Bulldog Classic Golf Committee to request a donation for our Bulldog Classic Charity Golf Outing. At this event, attended by about 100 community members, we raffle gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses such as yours. The event proceeds will assist our school with materials and supplies for the classroom to further enhance creative and imaginative play.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation, your business will be recognized at the event with your company logo displayed on the table of raffle prizes as well as on marketing collateral promoting the event. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the school’s tax exempt ID number for your records.
