Family Bridges, Inc. is a non-profit organization designed to serve the elderly, seniors, immigrants and disadvantaged in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Our mission is to empower low-income, limited-English proficient immigrant families to lead self-sufficient, independent lives. With a focus on the Asian community, Family Bridges operates seven programs at seven sites and provides critical information and essential services. Our goal is to prevent disadvantaged individuals from becoming unemployed, institutionalized, or isolated because of language or cultural barriers.
