Family Builders Foster Care (FBFC) has been serving Tulare, Fresno, Kern, Madera, and surrounding counties since 2002. We provide safe, secure, and quality homes for at-risk foster children to be placed temporarily and long-term. We train our 80+ foster parents how to care for children 0-21 years of age who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, exploitation, and other circumstances that have caused them to be placed in the system. FBFC has a foster care license (care for children 0-17), adoption license, AB-12 license (care for 18-21 year olds to reduce homelessness), and has recently opened a group home to help troubled boys step down into a family setting. FBFC's end goal is to reunify children with their biological families if it is deemed safe and is determined to provide services and support to the children and families we come in contact with.
