Family Health Partnership Clinic is a charitable clinic that provides health care services to the uninsured men and women of our county. Since 1996, FHPC has offered primary care, intergated mental health care, dental, chronic disease management, labs and medications for over 2000 patients annually that would have no other medical home. We do not rely on federal or state funding and instead operate with the support of grants, foundations, dedicated donors and fundraising events.
