Family Pathways' mission is to work alongside people to enhance lives through a continuum of essential services and - together with community - champion positive social change. The organization serves over 18,000 annually though 9 food shelves, mobile food pantry, doorstep food delivery, weekend food program for kids; as well as domestic abuse shelter and advocacy, care for seniors, and support for caregivers. We are the largest human services nonprofit in east central Minnesota and western Wisconsin; service area covers 5,200 square miles in the outer suburbs and rural areas of Minneapolis/St Paul.
