The mission of the Fannin County Children's Center is promoting safety and improving the lives of abused and neglected children. The center has been serving children from hard places for nearly 30 years. Our two main programs are CASA and Children's Advocacy Center. CASA recruits, screens, trains and supervises volunteer advocates for children in foster care. Our Children's Advocacy Center facilitates a multidisciplinary team of professionals involved in the investigation, prosecution and treatment of child abuse. Our center provides counseling, advocacy, forensic interviews, court accompaniment, emegency resource room and other support services to children, youth and families recovering from abuse and neglect.
