The Fannin County Children's Center (FCCC) exists to serve children in Fannin County that have experienced abuse. It's the only agency of its kind in the rural county. The agency has a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program and the CAC (Children's Advocacy Center) program. We rely on state grants and community support to support our work.

The CASA program exists to assign a volunteer to every child that has been removed or placed in foster care because of concerns by CPS. The Children's Advocacy Center exists to coordinate the investigation and prosecution of serious child abuse cases. We do this by being the only non-governmental agency in the middle of many government agencies. We provide evidence-based, victim-centered care to children after they have been abused so their families can focus on healing and the government partners (law enforcement, prosecution, CPS, etc) can concentrate on doing their work.
