Founded in 2009, the Fernbank Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization which contributes to the long-term development and success of Fernbank Elementary (an Atlanta area pre-K through 5th grade public school) by raising and managing funds for supplemental educational enhancements including Fernbank's academic, art and STEM programs. Our Board also works with Fernbank's administration to pinpoint and address the gaps in funding from the county as well as determine areas where teachers could use additional training or materials.
