Spotlight Players in a 501 (c) 3 non-profit that concentrates on training students to not only produce exceptional theatre, but to develop real-world working skills to help them succeed as adults. Our collaboration model is developed for students to learn leadership through Crew Head and Production Staff management as well as a concentration on the front-office workings of business. It is our hope that our students can easily transition into any job position with real-world ability to navigate our modern world. We do this through technology integration as well as creative design and traditional work skills.
