Our Mission is to raise awareness and educate the medical field and the public about Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS); while providing resources to support the CRPS community. CRPS is a chronic, debilitating, neuro-inflammatory disease. The main symptom of CRPS is severe, burning, stabbing pain 24/7 along with extreme sensitivity to touch, swelling, changes in skin temperature and appearance, limited range of motion, and many other symptoms as well.
We have held annual races, Fight the Flame 5k and 1k Family Stroll & Roll to raise awareness for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). People affected by CRPS and their families come from 7-11 states to participate in the race and meet other people who have the same disease as they do.
We hold monthly support groups for people affected by CRPS and their caregivers.
