Find Community Connection Project is to inspire and improve the lives of underserved youth and young adults through education, professional development, and self-care.
Last Year's theme, "Season of Love, "served over 1000+ families and friends Throughout New Jersey and New York. The day was filled with festivities, giveaways, laughter, fun, and games. In the season of spreading the love, we brought stakeholders and city agencies together to provide resources and services to attendees.

This Year we want to create Youth and Young Adults Development Hub (YYADH), a one-stop where youth can access a single point to seek assistance. The hub offers Education, Employment, and Empowerment opportunities for Youth and Young Adults through an integrated, under-one-roof approach.
There is a higher demand for additional resources in the community to support Youth and Young Adults. According to Voicing Our Future Surveying Youth on their Priorities for 2021 and Beyond, fewer than half of youth reported receiving extracurricular support for academics or career opportunities. FCCP wants to create a Hub to connect resourceful tools, support services, and mentorship to Youth and Young Adults that face challenges due to limited access. FCCP is taking on the mission to open up the gateway to impact 200 Youth and Young Adults in underserved communities.
