The Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide assistance to burn victims and their families, assist in catastrophic events as a resource to the community, and to further educate the community of fire and life safety. The foundation consists of Las Vegas valley firefighters from Clark County Fire Department, Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, North Las Vegas Fire Department, Nellis AFB Fire Department, Henderson Fire Department and Nevada National Security Site Fire & Rescue. The Burn Foundation has raised more than $1,800,000 for the Southern Nevada community since 2003 and has helped over six-dozen Las Vegas valley families affected by fire, totaling more than 40,000 benefiting residents in just the past two years.
