First Colony Little League has been a community staple for many years and has continually fostered a love of America's pastime in today's youth. FCLL has provided the opportunity for thousands of boys and girls to take the field, work as a team, and grow their passion for a sport that has meant so much to so many people throughout the world.
FCLL registered the highest number of players for one season in the history of the league with roughly 550 registrations across 9 separate divisions. FCLL is looking forward to a full schedule of enriching the lives of all the players and their families in this community.
FCLL is a nonprofit organization that operates on the backs of dozens of volunteers. Without our voltmteers, this league would be lost! It is the goal of this league and its many volunteers to provide each child with a fun and memorable experience that they can take with them as they grow. Whether they continue to play baseball for several seasons, through college, or even in the majors, we want them to be able to fondly look back at their time playing baseball at FCLL.
In order to maintain the level of excellence that is expected from this league, we rely on sponsorships and fundraisers to be able to execute that vision. Each year, FCLL hosts the Saturday Night Lights fundraising event with proceeds going towards maintaining the fields, replacing equipment and much more. As part of the fundraiser, FCLL holds a silent auction, which is generously provided by teams, local businesses and other donors.
