The mission of the First Congregational Church of Willimantic is to bring our community and Christ together as one with vibrant worship and spirit-filled mission: transforming lives and the community. Our congregation supports both local and global ministries, financially and with volunteers, including the Covenant Soup Kitchen, Windham Area Interfaith Ministries, the No Freeze Hospitality Center, and the CT Food Bank Mobile Food Pantry. We participate in community activities such as Willimantic's 3rd Thursday Street Festival and Victorian Home Days. We also support Church World Service, the Salvation Army and the Red Cross, to name a few.
