FishAbility Sports Club provides 2 programs to the differently able community in Ontario. In the summer the fishing program is very popular with approximately 400 guests experiencing a outdoor activity that many take for granted. Ability 1 is the adapted pontoon boat that extends the shore and dock fishing experience, after approx. 1.5hrs on the lake our guests return to shore for a light lunch and some social time with friends new and old.

In the winter the Charity has 2 sledge hockey programs, the Open/Development team and the Intermediate team. Hockey is a Canadian staple in winter sports and with the aid of a sledge is accessible to all. Many on the sledge hockey teams never thought they would be able to play hockey or if the player has had a accident play hockey again. With the aid of the sledge it provides a safe, fast paced and fun way to get back to hockey. The Predators hockey teams play in a travelling league and attend 2 tournaments a year.

Making the Impossible ... Possible one Smile at a time is what it is all about, breaking down the barriers that so frequently stop the differently able and seniors from enjoying life to it's fullest.

The mission statemen of the Charity is:

To provide sports and recreational programs to help support the physical, social and emotional well being of persons of any age or disability.
