FitAbilityTX aspires to help the special needs community create sustainable fitness habits for long-term optimal health while building confidence and independence.
At FitAbilityTX, we provide clients with access to health and fitness support with a certified personal trainer. This has increased levels of self determination (ability to making choices), self confidence, strength, and flexibilty all while being included within a typical fitness setting.
