Our school is planning our annual Fall Festival. During this event we are having a silent auction fundraiser at our school. With your help, we aim to raise money for school activities, special materials and additional school playground equipment. The money raised from the silent auction will help fund the materials and activities outside of our normal budget.
We would like to request items for our silent auction such as gift baskets, gift cards, or other items we can auction off. We are asking your company if it will donate any of these items so that we may succeed in raising money. Please do not hesitate to contact the school if you have any questions.
We look forward towards establishing a partnership with you. We know that these types of partnerships help us give back to the community and enhance our students learning experiences.
