Founded in 2011, For the Love of Labs Rescue is a foster based, all volunteer, all breed, dog resscue with foster homes in PA, NY, NH, VT, NJ, CT, ME, VA, RI & MD. We are committed to adoption, education and high quality care for dogs that have had a rough beginning. Since we started our mission, we have rescued over 4700 dogs, most from the southern states where they do not have "no kill" shelters and are typically euthanized in 72 hours by heart stick. We've saved litters found in landfills, dumpsters, some with chemical burns, gun shot wounds, bow & arrow, thrown out of moving cars, and the list goes on.
We run solely on our adoption fees and donations.
