F.O.R.M provides co-learning programs and events to build skills, self-awareness, community & accountability in order to encourage a healthier, positive outlook on masculinity.

Throughout the last year we have: 1) hosted a mens health and wellness event attended by 100 community members and donors. This event lead to navigating over 15 individuals to mental health services by connecting them with clients. 2) Form NYC collaborated with Barbershops & Books to install a bookshelf in a Brooklyn Barbershop to improve the literacy rates in underserved communities to improve reading rates in black and brown boys. 3) FORM NYC donated over 25 coats and cash collected to BuildblackGiveBack Winter Clothing Drive. 4) FORM NYC supplies a safe space online men's zoom and support group that has been attended by over 32 men.
