The Fort Bliss Spouses Association is made up entirely of military spouse volunteers dedicated to building connections and nurturing community spirit. We offer community grants to organizations in need and merit-based scholarships to military families pursuing a college degree. To do this, we host monthly luncheons, interest-based clubs and social events throughout the year. Our philanthropic work allows us to build relationships with the Fort Bliss and El Paso community and award grants and scholarships to those in our city.
