The Fox Valley Area Anglers (FVAA) is a non-profit fishing club with over 60 members based in St. Charles which hosts monthly speakers, regular seasonal tournaments, and casual outings. As an outdoors club, we promote community, environmentally responsible fishing and conservation practices, and recreational fishing practice.

 

A significant part of our mission is to give back to our community by supporting local charities and nonprofit organizations. One such organization is the Fox Valley Special Recreation Association (FVSRA), who recognized our club as “Volunteer Group of the Year” in 2017 for creating engaging and fun fishing experiences for adults with developmental disabilities. Though we were disappointed that FVSRA cancel the outing this year due to low participants, 2022 marked the 8th year of our commitment to this program, and we are excited to continue this partnership in the coming years.
