The mission of the Parent Teacher Association of Frank Sinatra School of the Arts is to serve the school. The mission statement of the school is:

Students will embark on a rigorous and relevant four year curriculum in the arts and academics that prepares them to attend the most competitive colleges and conservatories in the country. Students will receive personalized and targeted instruction that supports and celebrates incremental growth. Every student will be encouraged to take at least one Advanced Placement Course and 4 years of math and science to graduate college and career ready. Students will learn in a creative and collaborative environment that provides exposure to the New York City arts industry and its teaching artists, as well as promotes community service and civic engagement. We believe it is important to be an anti-racist and equitable school environment where students of all cultures and gender identity see themselves in their learning and have their voices heard.
