Frank Tejeda Academy school focuses on high-risk and at-risk students, who have not been successful at traditional school encironments. In order for the students to be here at FTA they have now made a commitment to continue their education with the goal of receiving a high school diploma. We serve students in both a middle school: ages 14-16 and high school students age 16years and older. We also have an infinite program, with students from the age of 19-22. Our goal is to assist each student as needed to ensure the development of his or her academic and social potential. Frank Tejeda Academy is driven to accomplish this by utilizing personalized and individualized instruction and monitoring diversified counseling methods, and flexible scheduling. The faculty and staff are committed to ensuring that all students graduate and become productive and successful citizens. In order to motivate our students, we reward and celebrate their accomplishments and improvements. The students at Frank Tejeda Academy are special because in spite of all the obstacles they have faced in their lives both in the past and now, they have the desire to graduate.
