The FSD 157c Education Foundation was formed to enrich the education of all students in our district. By raising funds throughout the year, we are able to fulfill teacher-written grants for equipment and materials at local schools in the District (Grand Prairie, Chelsea, and Hickory Creek). The equipment and materials that we are able to supplement for the district enhances the day-to-day experience in our classrooms. We fund grants in the areas of art, literacy, technology, math, physical education, science, social studies, and character-building programs. Some of the supplies we fund include musical instruments, sensory support items, STEM materials, PE equipment, technology equipment, books, software, and more.
