The Franklin Swimming Parents Association is the volunteer parent board that supports the community efforts of the Franklin Regional Swim Team. Recently, the Franklin Regional Swim Team (FRST) re-launched a swim school to teach children and adults in our community how to swim and be safe around bodies of water. This was in response to the recent drowning death of a high school student at nearby Whiteland Community High School that rocked our community. Our mission is to ensure that children and their families can be safe when swimming or on the water.
