9-1-1 dispatchers serve the community of Frederick County (VA) emergencies, legal issues, non emergency, etc. These often un-noticed and un-recognized dispatchers are the first "eyes, voice,help,etc" in any situation. In recognition of their dedication, drive and ability to handle adversity with every call, a great day of fun to releave stress, unwind and have some great times would be an amazing show of community support and thanks. They all deserve it and holding a raffle would be a great surprise to them (I do have a formal memo on the event) . Thank you
