Balance Boxes provides students in low-income communities with educational and fun activities. Each box is created with a designated theme (dinosaurs, princesses, science, etc.). We believe strongly in giving children equal opportunities, especially to kids in our community.
Hi!
My name is Samantha, I am 17 years old and the Co-Founder of Balance Boxes. Balance Boxes is a youth-led organization that provides low-income students with academic and enjoyable activities. To date, (with only over a year of work) we have helped 12,000+ children across the globe.
Last year, we hosted a virtual gala and had raffles, inspirational speakers, and a lot more! We ended up bringing in a few thousand dollars-- which was incredible. A recording of our event is on this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8EnnZTFi6Y
We are already in the midst of planning our virtual 2022 gala! With school and the return to work, we know everything is becoming crazy and planning ahead has become our best friend. I am reaching out to see if you would donate a pass for our 2022 raffle.
